Equipment options for your routes

We fill each route with Jumbo bags first and use a Large bag for any smaller remainder. The planner checks each option against your route time and outside temperature.

Every non-electric bag needs a heat sourceHot meals must reach seniors at the temperature your health department requires. A plain insulated bag slows heat loss but cannot add heat back, and meals cool every time the bag is opened. To be certain your meals meet temperature regulations, put a RouteHeat™ Heat Unit in every non-electric bag, or use plug-in heat for long or cold routes.

Estimates only, before shipping. Actual route times depend on traffic, weather and stops. Hot-holding times depend on outside temperature and assume meals are packed hot and bags stay zipped between stops. Bag capacities are from our catalog. Medium bags are also available on request.
