30-Day Returns
If you’re not satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to return an item
- Call 1-800-332-6566 or email info@mowstore.com with your order number before sending anything back. We’ll give you return instructions.
- Ship the item back to: Nutri-Systems Corporation, Meals on Wheels Store, 1130 Eastern Ave, Unit 7, Malden, MA 02148.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- The customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or credited to your invoice, within 10 business days after we receive the return.
Damaged or defective items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Canada and international orders
Import duties, taxes and customs brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
