Nutri-Systems Corporation, doing business as the Meals on Wheels Store (“we,” “us”), runs mowstore.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us when you place an order, create an account, request a quote or free samples, ask for a W-9, or send us a message. This can include your name, title, organization, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, PO numbers and anything you write in a message.
- Order information, such as the products you buy, prices, shipping details and invoice history.
- Payment information. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card or bank account numbers.
- Website information collected automatically, such as your browser type, pages visited and general location, through cookies and similar tools. Cookies also keep your cart and account sign-in working.
How we use it
- To process, ship and invoice your orders, and to send samples and quotes.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service and warranty support.
- To keep our accounting and tax records.
- To send you product news or our catalog, if you agree. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To protect our website and customers from fraud and misuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Stripe, to process payments
- UPS and freight carriers, to deliver your order
- Our accounting software provider, for invoicing and records
- Our email service provider, if you subscribe to our emails
- Our website hosting provider
We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. We keep other information only as long as it is useful to serve you.
Your choices
- You can view and update your account details by signing in to My Account.
- You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@mowstore.com. We may need to keep some records the law requires.
- You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but the cart and checkout may not work.
Canadian customers
We handle personal information of Canadian programs in line with Canada’s privacy law (PIPEDA). Your information is stored and processed in the United States. For questions or requests, contact us below.
Security
Our website uses encryption (HTTPS), and payments are handled by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
Our website is for meal programs and organizations. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
