These terms apply to orders placed with Nutri-Systems Corporation, doing business as the Meals on Wheels Store, through mowstore.com, by phone or by email. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we sell to
We sell meal delivery equipment to Meals on Wheels programs, senior nutrition programs and other organizations. For-profit businesses, please call us before ordering.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars. Prices can change without notice, but we honor the price shown when you place your order, or on a written quote while it is valid. Shipping is added at checkout or quoted separately.
Sales tax
Nonprofit and government meal programs are not charged sales tax. For-profit organizations in Massachusetts are charged Massachusetts sales tax.
Payment
- You can pay by credit or debit card or by US bank account (ACH) through our secure payment provider, Stripe.
- US nonprofit and government programs may choose a Net 30 invoice at checkout and add a PO number. We send a pre-invoice when you order and a final invoice with tracking when your order ships. Payment is due 30 days after you receive your order.
- Checks are payable to Nutri-Systems Corporation.
- Canadian orders are paid by card or by an invoice we send you.
Availability and lead times
In-stock items usually ship within 2 business days. Some products, including thermal bags, are made to order, and some items may be backordered. Lead times are shown on each product page and are estimates. We email you a ship date for made-to-order and backordered items, and you may cancel any item that has not yet shipped.
Shipping
We ship by UPS Ground within the US. Pallets ship by freight, and we email you a freight quote first. Canadian orders are quoted by email. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees for orders outside the US are the customer’s responsibility. Please inspect your shipment and report damage within 7 days of delivery.
Returns and warranty
Returns are covered by our Returns Policy. Defects are covered by our Limited Warranty: 2 years on Meal Transporters and 1 year on all other products.
Limitation of liability
Our products must be used as directed. Except as stated in our Limited Warranty, our responsibility for any product is limited to repairing it, replacing it or refunding its purchase price. We are not responsible for food loss or other indirect or consequential costs. Programs remain responsible for following food safety rules, including checking food temperatures.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
