ORDERING: You may place orders online here or by simply calling us (800-332-6566). We can easily take your orders and address any questions you may have.

SHIPPING: All items are shipped UPS Ground from Massachusetts, charges prepaid and added to your invoice. We charge you what UPS charges us for your specific order, not a ‘padded’ generic charge, so call us if you need a shipping estimate before placing an order. We cannot ship UPS to PO boxes. If UPS does not serve your area or we determine that USPS Priority is cheaper, that is how we will ship.

BILLING: You will be invoiced separately by post (or email if you indicate that preference in the message field) to pay by check, which is cheaper than credit card as there is no handling charge.

CREDIT CARDS: If you must use a credit card ( Visa, Mastercard, or Discover ) , call first for credit card purchases so we can calculate your shipping and handling costs. We cannot process cards after an invoice has been issued.

PURCHASE ORDERS: If you use Purchase Orders, indicate your PO# in the message section of the order completion form so that we may reference it on your invoice.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: All Canadian purchases must be processed by credit card ( Visa, Mastercard, or Discover ) following the instructions above. This will automatically process the exchange rate conversion in effect at the time of your purchase. UPS will also be in touch directly with you for modest customs brokerage fees and any PST due. We will need your organization’s tax identification # for customs documents, please make note of it in the notes section of your order.
